Roger Daniel ’01 Celebrates Management of 4,000+ Units for Daniel Management Group

Roger Daniel started Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based real estate firm focused on multifamily investment and management, in 2013 with the purchase of one multifamily building on the near Northside. In a little over a decade it has grown to a company that manages properties across three states. DMG manages 85 multifamily and commercial properties, more than 4,000 units overall and more than 50 employees. Additionally, Roger Daniel has expanded the company with DMG Leasing, a leasing arm developed with the same service-minded approach to create a customized leasing strategies for each client and co-founding DMG Capital, the real estate investment arm focused on creating value with multifamily transactions.
