Jay Gehler ’80 Is Elevated to Fellow

At the Council of Fellows Investiture Dinner on Friday, Oct. 29, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the Annual Meeting for the American Society of Landscape Architects, Jay Merlyn Gehler ’80 was elevated to fellow (FASLA). Election to the ASLA Council of Fellows is among the highest honors the ASLA bestows on members and is based on their works, leadership/management, knowledge, and service. Jay was nominated by the Georgia Chapter of ASLA for service. He currently resides in Savannah, Georgia, with his wife, Audra Gehler Hon. ASLA, and is a senior landscape architect at Coleman Company.
