Jam Sardar Inducted into Silver Circle

Jam Sardar was recently honored by the Michigan chapter of the National Academy for the Television Arts & Sciences (the Emmy people) for more than 25 years of service to the broadcast industry, most of it in the Great Lakes State. Jam was a TV reporter for more than a decade before moving into management, where he has led WLNS-TV (the CBS affiliate in Lansing) to numerous awards, including Station of the Year, Outstanding News Operation, and 12 regional Murrow awards in the last 12 years.
