Career Pivot Leads to Award for Jennifer Fields-Tawil

Jennifer Fields-Tawil ’92, is one of three recipients of the 2024 Anne M. Janiak Leadership Grant Award through the Women’s Enterprise Development Center of Westchester County, NY. This prestigious award recognizes women who are actively growing their businesses while also demonstrating outstanding leadership and community involvement.
Jennifer is the founder of Lean On Me Westchester Doula, LLC, in Ossining, NY, which serves parents of newborns with postpartum support.
She was recognized as a leader who has made a significant impact through their entrepreneurial efforts and community contributions. Jennifer is an elected council member of the Ossining Town Board and serves as a member of the Westchester County Solid Waste Commission.
Jennifer received the award at the WEDC Entrepreneurial Spirit Awards Gala on September 25, 2024.
