UW Alumna Goldie Davidoff Elevated to Shareholder

Goldie Davidoff ’08 and Anne Reuben, attorneys in the Seattle office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, have been elevated to shareholder, effective January 1, 2024. Across its U.S., Mexico, and Singapore offices, the firm elevated 26 attorneys to shareholder status.

“Goldie and Anne are skilled attorneys that have shown the highest professional standards through their delivery of exceptional client service and in-depth labor and employment knowledge,” said Ryan Hammond, Seattle office managing shareholder. “On behalf of Littler, we congratulate Goldie and Anne and look forward to their future achievements as shareholders.”

Davidoff advises employers of all types and sizes regarding various employment and personnel issues and claims, including discrimination and harassment, disability and accommodation, paid sick leave, and leaves of absence. She helps clients stay current and compliant with an ever-changing legal landscape by drafting employee handbooks, policies and employment agreements, and conducting training for HR professionals and management in these areas. Davidoff also represents employers in a variety of employment matters, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, harassment and policy violations.

Prior to joining Littler, Davidoff worked for two national full-service law firms, which helped her gain valuable and extensive litigation experience. In law school, she interned for the Hon. Tomar Mason (ret.) of the San Francisco Superior Court and the San Francisco County Public Defender’s Office in the juvenile unit.

Davidoff earned her JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
