UW student Christine Rothschild’s body was found outside of Sterling Hall in May of 1968. The story of her murder has remained largely overshadowed and unexplored. Through You Killed Chris, podcast host James Wolner and researcher Mari Zoerb Hansen ’99, MA’01 bring overdue attention to this chilling case that unfolded on the UW campus, exploring the brutal circumstances of Rothschild’s death, the initial investigations that frustratingly failed to apprehend her killer, and the remarkable, decades-long crusade by her friend and fellow Badger Linda Schulko ’71, MA’72 to seek justice.
