Derek Wiitala Guest Lectures at the UW

Derek Wiitala ’18, MS’19 recently was a guest lecturer at the Wisconsin School of Business. Wiitala spoke to the second-year master’s degree students in the applied security analysis program about how to analyze and value real estate investment trusts. Wiitala, who is a chartered financial analyst, is employed as an equity research analyst at Isthmus Partners, LLC, in Madison, WI.
