Aaron Herm ’06 Takes the Helm at Kaukauna High

Aaron Herm ’06 was recently named principal of Kaukauna High School in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. With 15 years of experience in public education, Herm brings a passion for student growth, strong relationships, and positive school culture. Since stepping into the role, he has launched several initiatives, including Ghost Stories, a podcast celebrating the voices and experiences of students and staff, and the “180 Degree Awards,” which recognize students who’ve made significant turnarounds in their academic performance.

Herm earned his degree in history and political science from UW–Madison and was a proud member of the UW Marching Band. He lives in the Fox Valley with his wife, Brittany, and their two kittens, Luca and Poppy.
