History of Multicultural Homecoming
In 2013, the Wisconsin Alumni Association and the Multicultural Student Center set out to reestablish a unifying tradition for alumni of color known as Multicultural Homecoming (MCHC). Alumni, students, and staff have celebrated their time as Badgers through a variety of events: a Step Afrika performance, receptions, student and alumni networking, a Wild-N-Out comedy show, National Pan-Hellenic and Multicultural Greek Council yard shows, and Game Day watch parties. Once a Badger, always a Badger!
A special thank-you to all the program partners that have supported MCHC over the years:
Division of Diversity, Equity & Educational Achievement, including First Wave, PEOPLE, and the Posse Program; the Gender and Sexuality Campus Center; the Multicultural Student Center; the Center for Campus History; and Fraternity and Sorority Life.
