Speaker Information
Chloris Lowe ’04 will share an informal discussion with us over dinner about his artistic practice and his upcoming installation planned at Alumni Park.
Lowe currently lives and works in central Wisconsin. He maintains a studio practice which utilizes his experience and expertise as an artist, designer, maker, and educator. Through the creation of sculptural objects, he melds utility with aesthetics and focuses on creative exploration and the relationships between object and place. In addition to his studio practice, Lowe has been given an opportunity to further learn and teach the Ho-Chunk language.
