Alan M. Carmen MS’77, fully retired on May 17, 2021, after serving eight years as Rock Island Township (Illinois) supervisor, 32 years at the City of Rock Island, Illinois, and three years at the Titusville (Pennsylvania) Redevelopment Authority.
